Combining Tallegio cheese from Italy and Polish pork sausage packed with herbs and spices, the Mountain Oatcake is finished with cornichons pickled in garlic and dill, rocket leaves and sweet mustard.

DIETARY INFORMATION

Light Blend oatcakes are suitable for vegans. They are lighter in colour, texture and taste and contain linseed, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Less complex and savoury than Rich Blend, some find them better suited to sweet oatcake fillings.

Rich Blend oatcakes have a complex, umami-rich flavour profile and contain lactose (dairy milk), linseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, onion powder, wholemeal flour and Stout.

This filling also contains breadcrumbs and lactose (cheese).

Because of the temporary nature of the food concession it is not possible to guarantee complete isolation of nut ingredients (ie, hazelnut spread and flaked almonds) and therefore you should not order if you have a severe nut allergy.

Food is not prepared under strict Halal requirements. The kitchen does contain haram ingredients such as pork sausages and bacon. However these are stored and cooked separately to avoid cross-contamination with halal ingredients. When beef is on the menu, it is sourced from local UK supermarkets and has been properly bled. It is also not permitted to come into contact with pork-based ingredients.
